Scriptures and Chairs booklet
I followed 28 floral prompts in February as a guiding direction to make some chair art. Each day Amanda Evanston from Insider’s Studio gave us a prompt as a challenge to make art that illustrated that word. It was definitely a challenge. Book Club Art at the Curly Bird Studio
Always trying new things here in the country. Current adventure is a Book Club and making some type of art to go along with the book. So far we did journal covers for "The Intruder", bookmarks with acrylic charms for "The Glass Castle" and "Half Broke Horses" and octopus journals for "Remarkably Bright Creatures". Next in line is paperdolls for "The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue". I hope you are out there making your own fun too!!!

Two Journals in Spring Art Journaling Magazine
I have two journal features in the Spring Art Journaling magazine that will be out in April. One journal article is Women, Women & Women. It focuses on a journal I made with our ladies at church while we did a Bible study on 12 women in the Bible. The 2nd journal article is A Recycled Work Day and features a journal I made with recycled fabric swatches from our furniture store, J.F. Lewis & Co. All of the Stampington magazines are beautiful. I hope you get the chance to enjoy

I decided to take it up a notch by focusing all my floral art on chairs. I ended up with 28 brightly painted chairs. Some were collaged, some
