Summer Art Journaling Magazine Giveaway & Creative Faith Club

The newest “Art Journaling “ magazine hit the newsstands July 1. My Moody Mauves journal is featured across 10 pages in the 4 Years and 5 Minutes article in this issue. The journal in this spread is one I made four years ago with prompts from an online journal club. These magazines have so many inspiring journal pages in them!

A prompt is a word that is used as a starting point of inspiration for a piece of art, in this case an art journal page. Not every journal is made with prompts, but they are fun to use. The prompts I used are stamped onto brown craft paper, then glued or stapled or sewn onto the page.
