Dirt the Turt in Morehead

Morehead, a charming town nestled in the heart of Kentucky, is renowned for its delightful turtle walk, which features some of the most exquisite and vibrant turtles you will ever encounter in the state. This unique attraction is not only a celebration of these fascinating creatures but also serves as a canvas for local artists to express their creativity and connect with the community. I am thrilled to share that I was selected to participate in this wonderful initiative by painting one of the turtles that will be showcased along the walk. Throughout the entire creative process, I affectionately named my turtle Dirt the Turt.
