28 Chairs in 28 Days

February was awesome! The snow meant I got to spend more time at home, which gave me extra time for art. I jumped into a couple of art challenges that pushed me to create something every day.

The floral challenge gave a prompt every day. We were to take that word and post a photo of a floral piece of art that characterised that word. I decided to take it up a notch by focusing all my floral art on chairs. I ended up with 28 brightly painted chairs. Some were collaged, some painted, and others detailed with pastels or ink. I had the best time working on them. Once I finished, I printed each one in a smaller size and made a journal. I also used them to make cards and created a book from the whole collection. I added scripture to each page of the book.
